We are a team of mature, dedicated professionals who have extensive experience in the conferencing, tourism, team building and event management industry and who aim to make your function an outstanding success for you and your delegates.

We engage with private-sector, companies, groups and individuals; National and Provincial Government, Unions, churches, schools and universities and have arranged functions in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique and Swaziland.

We organise functions at the best venues at the best prices utilising lodges, hotels, conference centres, resorts, guest houses, function venues and private establishments. If you have special requirements or a particular destination in mind our experience and contacts will make it possible.

Skye's lead conference coordinator has 14 years experience in the industry and brings extensive knowledge and expertise to organising your conference, event or team build. He has worked with groups from four to 1800, from Presidents (including President Thabo Mbeki), members of Parliament, management and general staff, factory workers to small groups. His adventurous yet mature nature creates a perfect blend of professionalism and exuberance. Passionate about nature conservation, the outdoors, fishing, quad biking and most adventurous activities he is able to organise dynamic and enjoyable functions to suit the needs of you and your delegates.
